This website is information, not therapy
Everything on ore.info, including articles and answers to common questions, is general information about counselling and depth psychology. It is not clinical advice and does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only after a first conversation and a signed consent agreement.
If you need help now
This site is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. In British Columbia you can reach the crisis line at 1-800-784-2433 (1-800-SUICIDE) or 310-6789 (no area code) for mental-health support at any hour. Across Canada, call or text 9-8-8.
Contacting us
Sending an enquiry does not book a session. Jenny reads each message and replies, usually by phone, within one to two business days. Enquiries are matched to the most suitable clinician at ORE.
Fees and cancellations
Current session fees are listed on the site and confirmed before your first session. Cancellation terms are set out in the consent agreement you receive before starting.
