Dream Analysis
Jungian dream work — exploring the symbols and images the psyche sends at night as a living dialogue with the unconscious.
Sand Tray (Adults)

What You May Be Wondering
What is Jungian psychotherapy?
Jungian psychotherapy — also called analytical psychology — is a depth approach developed by C.G. Jung. It works with the unconscious through dreams, symbols, imagination, and the exploration of archetypes and the shadow. Unlike problem-focused therapies, it is concerned with the whole person: meaning, identity, and the lifelong process Jung called individuation.
Do you offer online therapy worldwide?
Yes. Jenny is an online Jungian therapist serving clients across Canada and worldwide. All sessions are available via secure video for clients anywhere — including Vancouver, BC, Canada, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, and Australia. Sessions are conducted in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
Do you work with Russian-speaking or Ukrainian-speaking clients?
Yes. Jenny is a Russian-speaking therapist and Ukrainian-speaking therapist based in Vancouver, BC. She works fluently in English, Russian, and Ukrainian and has extensive experience supporting Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking clients internationally — including expats in Dubai, London, and across Europe and North America.
What is sand tray therapy?
Sand tray therapy (sandplay) is a non-verbal, expressive therapeutic method where clients create scenes in a tray of sand using miniature figures and objects. Developed from Jungian depth psychology by Dora Kalff, it allows the unconscious to express what words cannot. It is especially effective with children and teens, but equally powerful with adults. Jenny offers online sand tray sessions as well as in-person.
Do you work with children and teenagers?
Yes. Jenny is a child therapist and teen therapist in Vancouver, BC working with children and teens aged 5–15 using play therapy and sand tray therapy. These are evidence-informed, non-verbal modalities that allow young people to process emotions, anxiety, and life experiences through play and symbolic expression rather than talk. In-person in Vancouver and online across Canada.
What are the session fees?
A 50-minute session is $165 CAD. A 75-minute session is $195 CAD. A sliding scale is available for those with financial constraints — please reach out to discuss. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
What is the difference between a psychotherapist and a Jungian analyst?
A psychotherapist works with emotional and psychological challenges using a range of therapeutic approaches. A Jungian analyst has completed an extended, IAAP-recognized training program that includes personal analysis, theoretical study, and supervised clinical work in the tradition of C.G. Jung. Jenny is a qualified psychotherapist (RCC #26800) currently completing her Jungian analyst training through an IAAP-recognized program.
