I came to depth psychology through over a decade in pharmaceutical clinical research. I was trained to hold complexity, look for what isn't obvious, and stay with uncertainty. That rigour came with me into the consulting room.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #26800) and BCACC member in Vancouver, BC, offering Jungian psychotherapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy for children and teens (ages 5–15), trauma counselling, and multicultural counselling — in-person in Vancouver and online across Canada and worldwide.
I work in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Jungian Analysis
We follow the psyche's own logic — through dream, through symbol, through the recurring patterns that resist rational explanation. The unconscious is not a problem to be solved. It is a guide to be listened to.
Sand Tray & Symbol
Sand tray therapy gives the psyche a three-dimensional language. What can't yet be said finds its shape in image and object — bypassing the critical mind, reaching further than words can go.
Play Therapy & Hypnotherapy
For children, play is the natural language of the inner world. For adults, trauma-informed hypnotherapy accesses layers of experience that conscious reflection alone cannot reach.
